To get a better understanding of what's happened on an account and what could potentially be causing a loss of progress, we'd need to have the account holder reach out to us directly so we can verify some information and discuss the matter with them. I'm afraid this wouldn't be something we could review or provide any information about to someone that's not the registered account holder.
You can definitely suggest she open a new case here so support can take a look at the account, as depending on what type of missing progress we're talking about that may or may not be something they can assist with directly.
