Sims 4 New Update April 17, 2026

Hello Sims Team,

I have purchased almost all the Sims packs and since the update I have experienced difficulties with loading in to the game where pop-ups continues to occur as in "new content" and then the content I "own" is installed on my Xbox Series X and I can access them in my game however with the update if I use the gallary is states "unowned" but if I click on the pack in the gallary it states "owned". Why can I not download builds if I "own" the content?
