Hello, I was wondering what to do about a broken update. It updated all the way until 99% but it will not finish the update. it froze and hasn't been fixed since. I have tried everything. I have tried updating my macbook, rebooting it, and deleting and redownloading the EA app. I tried clearing my cache. Nothing is making it fixed. What can I do? Please help...

I am having the same issue, my app won't respond to clearing the cache, restarting the app, restarting the computer, and the servers are up according to the website. Everything says it's up to date other than my sims 4 game which is perpetually at 99%.
Hoping we can find a solution soon! I was really excited to enjoy my game today.

Yeah I havent found a solution,. It really sucks. I have a building idea thats stuck in my head and I can't build it! its going to stay in my head until Im able to build again

Wondering if you were ever able to find a solution to your game not loading? I was able to get ahold of an EA support agent through the chat bot help service on the EA website. They were able to look at my account and help me reset the issue! It involved being patient with the staff members, repeating my issue concisely, and researching the clean booting process but my game is fully updated and playable again! Hopefully you were able to get back into the game before this goes up but if not then my best advice is: grab a snack and something to drink, have your login credentials ready, and reach out to the support team!
