Aillym Sims 4 has been compatible with macOS for almost as long as it's been available in Windows. The problem is that the Steam version of Sims 4 is Windows-only. That's clearly stated on the Steam product pages for the base game and all packs. Your screenshot shows you own all the other packs through Steam, so there's no way to install them on your Mac unless you also install Windows on your Mac.
