Sims 4 crashes when connected to internet

My Sims 4 game crashes after the startup screen when I am connected to internet. It runs completely fine if my computer is disconnected from wifi. I use a MacBook laptop to play, and I've never had this issue before. This didn't start happening until the Nov. 7th update. Pls help!

I will include what the error script says below this post

Can you please attach any lasCrash reports you have in your Sims 4 folder. You will need to open them using TextEdit and remove the "XML" from the first line before uploading.

You have Mods installed. Please move the Mods folder to the desktop, trash the localthumbcache.package file in the Sims 4 folder and see if it still happens.

Ok. Does it also happen when you move the entire Sims 4 folder to the desktop so the game recreates a new one? You will have to create a new save and play for a little while to properly test.

I played for 30ish minutes after moving my Sims 4 folder to my desktop and everything ran smoothly. I tested opening the Gallery and that worked fine as well.

That's great! Now you can test your saves to see if there is an issue with one of them. Move them back one at a time into the newly created Sims 4 > Saves folder and then load the game to see if the issue happens again.
