Couldn't change my infant's diaper

Zzz's were following my Sim around even though she was awake

Dog sunk into the floor and was on a permanent invisible leash in my Sims hand that couldn't be canceled or reset 🥲

Tried repairing and it didn't work. (Also tried screaming and crying)
