Add-ons not showing up in-game
Hiya! I tried to play Sims 4 for the first time in a few weeks on tuesday, but my add-ons weren't working. The "Horse Ranch" and "Growing Together" add-ons are showing up like I don't own them at all...

pinkmeow123 Please run searches for a few of these packs. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP13 (this is Growing Together) in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here. Repeat for EP14 , which is Horse Ranch.
Please do the same for one or two of the add-ons that you have installed but are saying you need to reinstall them. Here's a list of the folder names:
