Can't save game with two elevators in building

Hi

I recently learned that I can have 2 elevators (just for looks, not functional) by building a room with one in, then copying that room.  A couple days ago this worked perfectly.  Fast forward to today, and now I can't save the game when I have them both.  I can save if I remove one.

As far as I'm aware there have been no updates to my game - I was able to save successfully after the last update, the only change i can think of is that last time I played, the update installed and I saved the game, but the new event started while I was in game.

Any ideas how I to make the game save again, or am I going to have to find another way to have 2 elevators?
