DLC across steam and Ea, not linking.

Question

For some reason I can no longer play my DLC bought from steam with the rest of my packs which were all through EA. It used to work but I reset my computer and now it just will not work. I have my accounts linked but am not sure why. Can anyone help?

NosferatuPlayz​&nbsp; You'll need to uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4, if you currently have it installed, and install&nbsp;only through Steam.&nbsp; Then download the packs you own in the EA App, but NOT a second copy of the base game.&nbsp; If this doesn't work somehow, let me know what happens instead.
