DLC installed but not showing in game, helpp!

I've been having this problem for a few months now and don't know how to fix it as I have no computer skills haha. So basically, all of my packs on both EA and steam are installed but when I go into ...

Kayleethegreat18 The problem is likely that you have two installs of Sims 4, one with your Steam-owned content and one with your EA App-owned content. Please uninstall the EA App version, restart your computer, clear the App's cache:

and download the packs you own through the App (Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons), but NOT another copy of the base game.
