Hi thanks for responding I am logging in with the correct credentials and nothing is showing still I’m waiting for it to reinstall the sims 4 however what should I do if this does not work as I’ve spent a lot of money for these DLCs

    Yes I ordered all my dlc from a second site called instant gaming and the receipts are there they were all working fine 2 days ago be for the ea update making me think its definitely EA update
