Ea app told me to repair it and it won't bc of permission error
So Ea app told me to repair it and it wouldn't bc of permission error.
I uninstalled and installed the app again and when trying to download the sims again the same error would apear.
I created a new ea games folder... still the same error.
I tried looking up the permissions on the ea folder and could change nothing.
I changed the permissions on the ea app to administrator and still nothing

Ada_puerta Please set an exception in your antivirus for EADesktop.exe. Set exceptions for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64 as well; or the entire Bin folder they're in.
If that doesn't help, please disable the antivirus, temporarily, and repair again. As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe, and you can reenable the AV after trying to launch Sims 4.
If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the camera (Insert Media) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
