Enchanted by Nature expansion issue

silas10788​  Your save will likely continue to be affected until you save your progress without Enchanted by Nature present at all.  Have you done that yet?  If not, I can't suggest anything else until you try it.

It is also possible that one or more of your mods is contributing to the issue, so please leave them out until you've fixed your save.  Or else test your mods with a new save and figure out which one causes the world to duplicate, then remove that.
