Game and EA Systems Error?

Question

So when I launched my game I noticed that all the expansion packs I purchased was gone, when I went to reboot the game in EA it said something about an error and wouldn't let me load. Restarting my PC caused it to log me out and any attempts to log in now result in a error message and for me to try again. What is going on?&nbsp;

This happened to me too. I finally got logged back in and now none of my saved games are in the app!

llAniball&nbsp; Please post a screenshot of the error message.
swimmerjazz98&nbsp; Do you mean your saves aren't available when you open Sims 4, or that your DLC isn't available in the EA App?
