game not opening right

hello am Red

the issue i been having is that the sims 4 starts i see the loading sceen and stuff but it close each time before reaching home screen it gives me the message failed to launch game an error on our end caused the launch to fail. try again later

 i been having this issue for a while now and i want to fix it, i have fixed it yesterday by deleting sims 4 and the ea app from my pc, but today it stop working i have tried to repair the sims 4 and repair the ea app and it does not open even with my mods curently removed, i really need help, i know that deleting ea and the sims 4 would probably fix the issue but i do not want to lose all my saves
