Game not reaching the loading screen and getting default error from EA App
Hello, I tried following the suggested steps from this thread (Discussion - current-issue-sims-4-failed-to-launch-game/12561664) to fix my issue with the game not loading at all and almost always getting the EA App default error.
I played the game sometime days last week to do the in-game event Forever Friends. I was able to complete all the quests for the first 2 weeks and was just playing some more while waiting for the 3rd week quests. Then when I booted up the game again for the day, I got the error from EA App saying that there's an issue on their end and to just try again later (Reply - 12672792). At least 2 days of getting the same message over and over, I uninstalled the game on Steam and re-downloaded everything. Still got the same error.
I looked through other thread discussions here in the EA forums, some suggesting to delete the Mods, disabling One Drive and force dx9 to run for the game. Did those too, still getting error. I went ahead to create a discussion here and it got merged into the thread mentioned above. Here's the links to the convos in there for reference:

- Windows system files check and DxDiag2
- Breakpoint error
The only thing that I haven't done yet is to uninstall both EA App and the game on Steam at the same time. Should I try that too?
