Midnightgamer124 Have you tested without mods or custom content? The Sims 4 crashes in your dxdiag are pretty generic and could be mod-related. And mods can break with updates.
The other obvious issue in your dxdiag is that your C drive is very low on space. While it's not so low that it's absolutely the issue here, it could be, and 8 GB free isn't enough to allow Windows to install a feature update. Not to mention, you'll run into trouble soon enough, as the little space gets eaten into even more. So please try to clear another 15-20 GB if you can, then test the game again.
