tpatykk Please try clearing the EA App's cache:

and repairing the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair). If that doesn't help, please clarify what you mean about the packs being under another username. If they worked before, they should still work now; if they weren't tied to your current account, they shouldn't have worked at all.

Please also post a screenshot of the error message you see when you try to play.
