HORSE expansion pack not applied in game

help. ive purchased a bundle package including the horse expansion pack, the tiny living pack , and the cat and dog expansion pack. However when i go to launch the game everything seems to work fine EXCEPT i do not see any content related to the horse package. on my Sims4 homescreen it does not even say i own the horse expansion pack . but i do!! I have my receipt proving it was included in my BUNDLE. 
Do i need to uninstall The Sims4 all together and then reinstall...
could there be a corrupted file within the download .. i really need this figured out please :(

    WylieeCoyote  Please double-check your order to make sure Horse Ranch was actually a part of it.  I've seen players think they bought one pack in a bundle when they bought another, and the shopping card switch out packs, so it's possible you received something else entirely.

    If you did buy Horse Ranch, please let me know whether this was a custom bundle or premade, and if premade, what its name is on the EA storefront or in the App.
