I am on my last nerve with this!

I have uninstalled and reinstalled sims, I tried running as administrator, I tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling EA and everything else. I can get it to work for a short time, Like two days or so. But then that problem prosaist, It says "This system can not find file specified." Then wants me to repair it, When I try to repair it it says "EA doesn't have the right permissions to continue." Very frustrating and I feel like I've tried everything to fix it. And I can't even play or run my own game. Can someone please help because I'm about to Throw My Laptop Out The Window!!!
