Installed packs not showing in game

Hi there, I've been playing TS4 for years, and have managed to buy every expansion pack, every game pack except for Batuu, and most of the stuff packs and kits. I updated my game today and when I opened the game, it seemed to think that all the packs were missing. I checked my add-ons in the EA app and they were all there, so I repaired my game and tried again, and they still weren't showing up. Any suggestions?
