Its all gone

logged on to my account this morning after a computer update and its all gone, the over 200+ hours of game play, and EVERY SINGLE pack and extra I bought is all gone. I clicked on a couple of different packs, and they just showed there up to buy.......as we all know this isn't the cheapest game to expand. I rightfully want what i bought back if nothing else. please help already in tears
