Lost all DLC

I haven't played the Sims for a while so I knew I was going to need to log back in but this time I decided to finally link my Google account to the account I already had which I've had for years, like since around the time the game came out. It even told me that the email I used was already being used so I decided to link the accounts. Except now as I go to try and play the Sims it says it isn't downloaded, which it is, and that all of the DLC I had was never even purchased, but it shows up in the download manager as having been downloaded. Can someone try and help me figure out how to get my DLC back please?
