Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Over probably ten years I've purchased hundreds of dollars worth of expansion and game packs and now they all show as unowned and support has done nothing to solve this just keeps getting transferred to different people who do nothing and give no advice. I have checked every email address I have had and nothing is there. The only thing support did was ask for my email and then try to close the case without solving anything. I am beyond frustrated, I have done all the troubleshooting and uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times. I have no receipts because most of it was purchased 2 years or more ago. My best guess is that everything got lost switching from origin to EA play but it is ridiculous they lost hundreds of dollars of content and won't do anything to fix it besides sending people to a forum.

    Me too buddy. But I have only 1 email address. Some of my games show in the EA.COM but are missing on the EA app. Yes most were purchased over a 3 years ago. And guess what. My purchase history in EA show zip before 2025. Even though it says I've been a member since 2004. In fact while it shows what was purchased this year. If I change the time frame to all it doesn't even show that. You spent hundreds. I have spent way more than that. I am flat out angry. Yes this is a technical problem. EA's technical problem. You folks take away our ability to use our games off line and then apparently lose them.

    akeip28  It does sound like you've signed into the wrong account, and unfortunately, the only way to address that is by talking to EA support again.  If you've been using the email option, try live chat instead; keep choosing different categories of issue until you see the option.

    Even if you don't have any receipts, do you have old bank statements or a transaction history?  That would show you were the owner of the account that bought these items, which would help with the account recovery process if that's the route you need to take.  You can upload screenshots or photos when you submit the help request.
