GETxTHExTARDIS1 If your content isn't showing as owned in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, you're probably in the wrong account, whether you think so or not. To find out, go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and look for your purchases. If they're not there, you're in the wrong account.
