So yesterday i brought quite a few expansion, game, and stuff packs and everything been working perfectly fine all day until like 30 minutes ago. My base game loads up perfectly but none of my expansion packs or add-ons aren't showing up. I've tried repairing it in EA and restarting my laptop butttttt still its not working. Help is needed
Dove428 Does the EA App think these packs are owned and installed? Please check under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons. If they are listed as installed, please see the first post and accepted solution of this master thread:

If the packs aren't listed as owned, please go to ea.com , sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and list the status of this order: Completed, Processing, or Failed. If you don't see the transaction at all, you're likely in the wrong EA account.
