My packs wont show up.

Basically, i updated my sims4 game and then i played but it said i need the packs that i already got so i thought it was a bug so i rejoined the game and it still said it. So i want back on tbe EA game and it said i had to purchase it. I checked my payment history and there was nothing there, i know that ea account was mine and i been playing on the PC for 7 years now. Also i have screenshots of my game having the packs so im not sure what to do they also come up in my file and i restarted the whole ea app and updated everything so im not sure what to do now.
