Chimimy Does your game work with no mods or custom content present? I can't tell from your wording. If it does, then the problem is something in your Mods folder, and you'll need to test to find it. The 50/50 method can make the process more efficient:

If the game doesn't work even with the Mods folder removed, please post a screenshot of the error you're getting, and let me know in what context it appears. for example when loading a household.
