Out of memory error message

So today i updated my game for the new update, and when i launched my game my mods where disabled which i know is the usual. So i reenabled them but every time i went on they were never enabled so i decided to delete the sims and redownload it to see if that would fix the issue. However, after my game was reinstalled when i launched it it instantly showed an error screen saying that id ran out of memory. I updated all my drivers including my graphics driver to see if this would fix it but no luck. I've no mods enabled nor any in the folders as my game hasn't opened since. I've never ran into this issue before so really unsure what to do. Thanks
