potential glitch

Question

Hey guys since the new update my game keeps glitching and will come up with a blank white box whenever i go to select a sim to travel, create an event or anything like that and it will just freeze and will not let me close the box. also if i go to create a new sim on the home page my whole screen goes to a blank white screen and freezes. I've tried repairing the game, taking out all my mods individually and all at once. I've tried repairing after taking my mods out I've also tried better exceptions but it'll say it's running then an hour later I wouldn't be told what's wrong or any update.

I'm a bit stumped on what to do cause nothing seems to be working and i don't know if it's a glitch in my game or mod related.

pigporkey&nbsp; What happens if you play a new save with your Mods folder removed?&nbsp; Let me know which issues, if any, persist.
If the new save is completely fine, test your main save again, still with the Mods folder removed.&nbsp; You don't need to save your progress.

It doesn't let me create a new game if I'm on the home page and select add new or whatever it's called it just makes my whole screen a blank white page and freezes on that even with my mods folders removed, I've not tried with a different saved game just the one I've recently been using but id assume it would be the same issue

pigporkey&nbsp; Please try playing in a clean user folder. &nbsp;Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents &gt; Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. &nbsp;When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. &nbsp;(Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) &nbsp;Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether you can get out of CAS and into live mode.
