Pre ordered businesses and Hobbies and now game keeps crashing

So everytime sims 4 updates, it disables my mods and cc so I know for a fact that my mods and cc are disabled, and the game will act like it's not even there. (Before anyone says it's a problem with ...

Oh also, for a brief moment after it crashed (I couldn't take a screenshot because 1 I don't know how to take a screenshot and 2. It's quiet literally a blink and you will miss it, I had to take a picture with my phone to read what it said) But afterwards, EA app will crash itself and for a brief moment the top will say (some features have been disabled because the EA app launched from another application.

Idk if that has anything to do with it.
