Previously owned expansion packs missing

@SimileCreations  Do you own other packs that are still showing as owned?  If not, you're probably in the wrong account.

If all of your content is showing except for these two packs, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and look for a refund, full or partial, for either or both packs.  Let me know what you find.

I have only had this account for years. I’ll attach the screenshot of the order confirmation from 2020. I’ve been playing with these packs for years. I’ve taken a break from sims but I have saves in my computer with them from minimum a year ago

@SimileCreations  Please check your ea.com order history anyway.  A refund would be listed separately from the initial order and could cause exactly what you're seeing.

I'm not seeing any refund.

When I'm in sims Windenburg (the town that comes with get together, one of the 2 packs it says i don't have anymore) is showing that i just need to download the pack. While others like chestnut ridge, a world from a pack i don't own, has a lock on it showing i need to purchase. Ill attach a picture. But when i manage my dlcs on the EA app get together doesn't show at all.

This sounds like a refund had been submitted for these packs. On the order history for your account, please attach a screenshot of the current transaction details and status for this purchase from 2020. Be sure to block out any personal information, like your email or order number. 

So I looked in my order history and did find a refund from the same exact day I purchased it in 2020. Which makes no sense because I’ve been playing with it up to 2023, right before I had these issues. 

I spoke with my sister and she says she has a faint memory of buying me the cds and not the digital versions. I can’t find them (and I’m someone who saves everything and still has all my sims 3 disks on a shelf) so I thought that’s odd. 

But here’s my new problem, when I open sims and look at the expansions it says I own it and doesn’t have a spot to purchase it again. How do I purchase it from origin now?

Thanks for those details, it's sounding like the packs were never fully removed after the refund was processed. Please check the app again now, you should see an option to re-purchase those packs if you wish to do so.
