sofia_gou Origin has been gone for a while now; I guess you mean the EA App. Anyway, please download Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) and use it to remove the EA App. Restart your computer, download a fresh copy of the App installer from here:
https://www.ea.com/ea-app#downloads
And run it as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Then see whether you can launch Sims 4 from within the App game library.
