McKenzieM98 Try disabling SDX downloads entirely, in the same way, and leaving them disabled. Additionally, if you see a Content folder in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, delete it.
By the way, which executables did you add as exceptions? TS4_x64 is the standard game, TS4_DX9_x64 is for the DirectX 9 version, TS4_x64_fpb is for Memory Boost, and TS4_Launcher_x64 is only in play when the game launches, so it shouldn't be an issue, but it's possible in theory.
I appreciate the advice, but unfortunately it’s still not working. I only had the standard game in my exceptions so I added the others you mentioned. It unfortunately didn’t help. I deleted the content folder and left SDX downloads disabled as well like you suggested
