laneybird81 The InPageErrors listed in your dxdiag point to an issue with your computer's page file, which is space on the system drive allocated for spillover data that would normally be in RAM but doesn't fit. This could be a problem with the drive or the RAM, or just an issue with the page file itself. Since the last possibility is the easiest to test, let's start there.
Please delete the entire page file, restart your computer, and allow Windows to rebuild it. You can do so by setting the minimum and maximum sizes of the page file to zero, as described here (option three):

Restart your computer, then go back to allowing Windows to manage the page file size. Restart again and see whether you can play.
If you still can't load the game, please test your SSD using the chkdsk command. Click Windows key-X and choose "PowerShell (Administrator)" or "Terminal (Administrator)," whichever you see. Enter this command in the window:
chkdsk /f /r c:
You'll be asked to allow a restart; choose Yes. The scan may take a while (possibly a couple hours), so you'll want to do something else while it runs. When it's done, here's how you can find the report:

The game still will not launch. I tried running the chkdsk but received this message:
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.
