sims 4 crashing on loading screen/won’t launch

laneybird81​  Restart your computer, don't open any other apps, and try again.  If that doesn't work, boot into safe mode and try again.  Here's how:

For safe mode, you need your Windows account's password, not just a PIN.  So make sure you know what that is before choosing safe mode.
