sims 4 crashing on loading screen/won’t launch

HELP!! my sims 4 will not launch! or rather it will start to, but then crash before i even get to the main menu screen with all my save files.  i have repaired the game & the EA app, uninstalled & ...

laneybird81​  Just so I can be sure I'm not missing anything, could you please post a screenshot of the PowerShell or Terminal window where you input the command and it doesn't work?
