Sims 4 Crashing on startup

Hi there!

A few days ago, I installed the Sims 4 using EA's desktop app, and it worked perfectly. Built a house, had a save file... the next day when I went to start up the game, it crashed on open. Hardly even could play the music before it stopped working.

I ran through every diagnostic thread I could, took the file out of the EA folder, put it on the desktop. Repaired the game. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted the computer... 

Now I tried downloading it on Steam and playing it just to see if that would be any better, and again I'm running into the same issue. 

(Side note - I never installed mods or CC)

I attached the DxDiag as I've seen other posters do / are suggested to do. I'd really appreciate the help!
