Sims 4 Crashing on startup

Question

Hi there!A few days ago, I installed the Sims 4 using EA's desktop app, and it worked perfectly. Built a house, had a save file... the next day when I went to start up the game, it crashed on open. Hardly even could play the music before it stopped working.I ran through every diagnostic thread I could, took the file out of the EA folder, put it on the desktop. Repaired the game. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted the computer...&nbsp;Now I tried downloading it on Steam and playing it just to see if that would be any better, and again I'm running into the same issue.&nbsp;(Side note - I never installed mods or CC)I attached the DxDiag as I've seen other posters do / are suggested to do. I'd really appreciate the help!&nbsp;

Oh! Also I checked my graphics cards and they are all up to date, as well as my system being up to date.

Jcmaddalina&nbsp; Thanks for the dxdiag.&nbsp; Please plug your two monitors directly into your graphics card, not into the motherboard as you've currently done.
