Sims 4 Dlc needs downloading

i own some dlc on steam and some on the ea in the past i had no issue playing with my dlc pack but now i cant get em to work right 
ea app

missing content
steam
stuff packs

    schultzkid92​  You clearly have multiple copies of Sims 4 installed, which is probably the source of your inability to use the packs you've installed.  So please clear out everything with Revo Uninstaller, as described in the accepted solution of this thread:

    [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game | EA Forums - 11831673

    Reinstall the game only through Steam, and download any packs you own there.  Then open the EA App and download the packs you own there, but NOT a second copy of the base game.  Everything should install into the Steam version as if you owned it in Steam.

schultzkid92​  Please run a search for the folder for Enchanted by Nature.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP19 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
