I just got the love struck pack and none of the new content is loading and I can’t use my sims phone anymore. I also can’t look at jobs just a blank screen gets pulled up. I tried contacting ea multiple times with no response. I also cleared the cashe and still have all the same problems.
AlyssaAnne0627 Please search your computer for the pack. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP16 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Once the search finishes, expand the window sideways until you can see the entire path to each result. Use Windows key-shift-S to capture that portion of the screen, and upload the screenshot here.
AlyssaAnne0627 Please test with no mods or custom content, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. You don't need to save your progress.
If that doesn't help, do you see anything at all from the new pack, even Build/Buy items? Does the game think Lovestruck is installed? You can check by trying to filter CAS or BB for only LS-related items. If it's not loading at all, you'll see the option to select LS grayed out.
I don’t have any mods or custom content. The pack says it’s downloaded but nothing shows up except cupids corner when I use the computer (but it doesn’t work). I don’t see any new items.
