Sims 4 packs and kits won't load in game

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble with my sims game. Every time I launch the app, it says my packs and kits aren't installed.
Usually restarting the app or clearing the cache works for me but this time it's not. 
I've also tried repairing the game, restarting my PC & logging in and out of my account. And when I look into "Manage Add-ons", it says they're all installed.

I'm at a loss of how to fix this.
Anyone able to help??
