Sims 4 takes over a half hour to load

I play Sims 4 with no mods. I have several packs and add ons. I have completely removed Sims 4 from the computer and reinstalled it. I've run for updates and used the help I've seen on here, but it still takes a long time to open. Once on, I can play for about 2 hours and then it completely freezes. dx info below
