Also I forgot to add. I've recent had a problem with my sims about 3-4 months ago and I did use -dx11 to solve it and it worked so I am not sure if there is anything else I can do based off of that. I just also ran a DxDiag.txt so if anyone can look at it and tell me what I can do please.
