Sims will not load after I've tried everything.

I played sims earlier yesterday around 12 am, and around 1 is when i went out of cas and the game didn't load after about 30mins to an hour. I took a shower the game was still loading. I exited out the game and couldn't even save it, and it wouldn't load at all. I didn't play for the rest of the day and tried again at night about 5 times and still didn't load. I've cleared some cc and mods, i cleared my cache, I've repaired the sims about 50 times, and I've even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it which took a while because of my packs. I tried literally everything. I'm currently still sitting on the loading screen and its a new day, this has been at least my 4th time trying to get into my game and i still cant get in. I don't know what's going on but I'm so upset because my game will NOT load and I've done everything. I'm even updating my computer as well. And I'm not have any problems with my graphic disks because i have enough space so i don't know what could be causing this problem. Sims help me.

  • vallon14  Please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.

If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag.  Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
