nellyrozayy When you tried the clean Sims 4 folder, did you add your saves back before testing, or were you unable to load to the Main Menu even with no saves (or anything else) present? Did your saves or other files reappear on their own? OneDrive could redownload them without telling you, so please make sure this didn't happen, and if it did, pause OneDrive syncing and try another clean folder.
AppHangB1 errors are somewhat generic in that they can be caused by a variety of game issues and also by a system issue such as a bad graphics driver. Your driver is 15 months old, so if the above doesn't help, or you confirm that your clean folder was in fact clean, try updating the driver. You can get the newest one from AMD here:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart afterwards and before trying to play.
