Unable to buy ANY packs it just says “this content is unavailable at this time”

Have been trying to purchase Adventure Awaits but it says it’s “Not available for purchase” and then when I look at the other packs they’re not even there. I’ve tried everything I could think of- logging into EA on google and purchasing it there but even h the en it says not available for purchase.

what do I do
