When starting a game it says I don't own any packs

having the SAME issue!! it started with not showing any kits, today it says I don't have any packs

LeonSkylerDarko  Does the EA App say you don't own your packs, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons?  Or are your packs listed there but don't load in-game?  These are two completely different issues.

They are all there in the EA add-ons but when i go to play it only has the basegame worlds and says in my saves that i do not own any packs

I tried the EA app again last night and it updated and after updating the game had all the packs but when i tried it again an hour later I am now back to it saying I don't own any packs

that's what happened to me too a while ago. now, even my saved games are gone i don't know how 

q0982p6c9wbt  I understand that.  What I'm saying is, this is a Known Issue with known causes and a known fix, all of which is covered in the first post and accepted solution of the thread I linked.  So please read those posts and follow the directions.

If the EA App now says you don't own any packs, that's a separate issue.  But I can't tell from your description whether you're saying the App now thinks you don't own the packs, or you're still referring to the game not loading your packs.

i have the same problem i have done all that but i have not removed any packs it does not show as owned on my ea app also its confusing
