Wrongful ban, and can’t even appeal

As you can see, it says that I’m not banned, and once I get in game it says my account is banned (almost 2 years and no justification), and now I can’t even appeal since it shows on the site nothing. Talked to support 3 times already and said I was getting it fixed and still nothing. This company keeps getting better and better.

    Sorry to hear you’ve been dealing with that.

    Unfortunately, we’re not able to review or investigate account bans from the forums. If the action still isn’t showing in your Penalty History, the best next step would be to use this webform instead and include as much detail as possible about the in-game ban message and the support contacts you’ve already had.

    HiEA_Salmon​,

    the problem is that I did that already 3 times. Talked to live support 2 times and nothing changed. I have this account since 2010 I believe and this how the company treats their users. That’s why I don’t play games that ea makes anymore and don’t think it will change.
