Middle Eastern Servers Not Working On Pro Clubs (3 Month Issue)

It is currently impossible to queue into Middle East servers in League and Cup Matches. Whenever my friends and I attempt to find a match on the Middle East server, matchmaking searches for a while before displaying "Matchmaking Failed."

This issue has been ongoing for approximately 2-3 months and appears to affect players across the entire Middle East region. The only workaround is to play on Western European servers with 150+ ms ping, which significantly impacts gameplay.

Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible, as everybody in the Middle East is unable to access their local servers.
