I’m hoping someone can help because this issue has been driving me crazy.
Yesterday morning, Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes was working perfectly fine on my iPhone. Since then, the game keeps getting stuck on the “Loading Cantina” screen and won’t finish loading.
What’s strange is that I can still log into and play the game on PC without any issues, so it doesn’t seem to be an account problem.
The only way I’ve found to get the game working on my phone again is to clear the cache and completely reinstall the game. After doing that, it’ll usually work for a while, but then the issue comes back and I’m stuck at the loading screen again.
So far I’ve tried:
● Closing and reopening the app
● Restarting my phone
● Clearing the cache
● Reinstalling the game
The reinstall works temporarily, but I really don’t want to have to clear data and reinstall every time I want to play.
Has anyone else run into this recently? Is there a known issue with iOS or a permanent fix?
